Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GoTeewe, a software service provided by Vectorial Growth LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA (“GoTeewe”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing or using GoTeewe, the business you represent (“you”, “Customer”) agrees to these terms. GoTeewe is intended for business use only.

1. The service

GoTeewe provides tools for websites, contact management, booking, messaging, automation, reputation management and related features, depending on your plan (Basic, Silver or Gold) as described on goteewe.com/pricing at the time you subscribe. We may improve, change or replace features over time; we won’t materially reduce the core features of a plan you’ve paid for during a paid period.

2. Setup

Where included, we help set up your account, website and automations based on information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for reviewing your site and messages before they go live.

3. Accounts

You’re responsible for your users, keeping logins secure, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

4. Fees and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD. Prices are listed on goteewe.com/pricing.
  • There is no setup fee.
  • Each plan includes a monthly email allowance as shown on the pricing page. SMS and email beyond the allowance are billed at our cost, without markup, monthly in arrears.
  • Taxes are added where required.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend the service after 7 days’ notice.
  • Price changes take effect from your next billing period after at least 30 days’ notice.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for; we don’t refund partial periods unless the law requires it. You can upgrade or downgrade; changes apply from the next billing period.

6. Your data

  • You own the data you put into GoTeewe (“Customer Data”), including data about your own customers.
  • We process Customer Data only to provide the service and as instructed by you, under our Data Processing Agreement (available on request at hello@goteewe.com), which forms part of these terms.
  • You can export your contacts at any time. After cancellation, we delete Customer Data within 90 days.

7. Your responsibilities in messaging and marketing

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent before contacting people through GoTeewe (including SMS, email, calls and AI-assisted replies), for honoring opt-outs, and for complying with the marketing, privacy and consumer laws that apply to you (for example GDPR, ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM, TCPA).

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use GoTeewe to send spam, mislead or harass people, collect data unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or attempt to access other customers’ data or our systems. We may suspend accounts that put the service, other customers or recipients at risk.

9. AI features

AI agents generate replies automatically based on your settings and content. Outputs can be inaccurate. You’re responsible for configuring them, monitoring conversations and the information they give your customers.

10. Availability, warranty and liability

  • We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. GoTeewe relies on third-party infrastructure providers.
  • Except as expressly stated, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
  • To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Intellectual property

We own GoTeewe, its software and its design. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. Content you provide (text, images, logos) stays yours; you give us permission to use it to provide the service.

12. Termination

Either party may end the subscription as described in section 5. We may terminate or suspend immediately for serious or repeated breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes go to its courts, unless mandatory law where you are established says otherwise.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms with at least 30 days’ notice for material changes. Questions: hello@goteewe.com.
